We currently ship across Indonesia.

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
During peak periods (launches, promotions, festive seasons), processing times may be slightly extended.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Estimated delivery times:
• Jakarta & surrounding areas: 1–3 business days
• Major cities (Java & Bali): 2–5 business days
• Other regions in Indonesia: 3–7 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance and external factors.
4. SHIPPING PARTNERS
We work with trusted third-party logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.
5. SHIPPING FEES
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected courier
• From time to time, Pepro may offer complimentary shipping promotions, subject to terms and conditions

You can track your order using the tracking link provided after shipment.
If you experience delays or issues, feel free to reach out to us—we’ll help follow it through.
7. DELIVERY TERMS
• Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete
• Pepro is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:
• Incorrect address
• Unreachable recipient
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery

• High-volume periods (e.g. Ramadan, holiday season)

9. FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery attempt fails:
• The courier may attempt redelivery or contact you directly
• If the package is returned to us, re-shipping fees may apply
