• All descriptions are subject to refinement and improvement
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:
• Limit quantities per customer
• Withdraw or amend products at any time without prior notice
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
• All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice
• Payment must be completed through our approved payment partners
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:
• Payment authorization fails
• A product is out of stock
• There is suspicion of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity
In such cases, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We partner with third-party logistics providers for delivery.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon successful delivery
• Delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure events are beyond our control

All content on this platform—including design, text, graphics, and branding—is owned by Pepro or its licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No part of this site may be used or reproduced without prior written consent.
9. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:

• Exploit or misuse promotions, referral systems, or pricing errors

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable Indonesian regulations, including:
• UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi (PDP Law)
• UU ITE and its implementing regulations
Your data will be processed only for legitimate business purposes and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. ELECTRONIC CONTRACT
By placing an order through our platform, you acknowledge that:
• The transaction constitutes a legally binding electronic agreement
• Electronic records shall be considered valid evidence under Indonesian law
13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be settled through:
• Indonesian courts; or
• Alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, where applicable
